HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
- Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing & shipment. With the standard shipping, your order will take 5-20 business days after fulfillment (excluding emergency situations or unforeseen global circumstances). Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.
CAN I DO A RETURN, REFUND OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
- We do not accept returns, refunds or exchange. However, we will be returning the exact amount spent in the form of discount codes (price discount + free shipping). The following requirements need to be fulfilled to be eligible for this:
- Customer has to share a full-body & close-up photos of him/her wearing/using the product (in order for the team to confirm the problem that the customer is facing as well as to verify the customer - so please do not blur out your face) by sending them to email@example.com
- Upon confirmation, customer may pass the product to another person & have the person to wear/use the product & post on social media (such as Facebook or Instagram) - tagging @makethecore
- Upon receiving the social media tagging, the team will proceed with sharing the unique discount codes to the customer.
